- Provide the animal passport or have it ready; note the chip number.
8. Veterinarian contact information.
- Name, phone number and address of veterinarian; agree on what to do in case of emergency.

- Arrange an alternative contact for unexpected situations - gives peace of mind to everyone.
10. Additional tips & house rules
- Clear instructions on dealing with fear, other animals, visitors and noises.
- House rules: sleeping places, furniture, garden, alarm, keys, trash, plants.
- Print checklist or save to your phone.
