The role of Petbnb
- We provide a user-friendly platform where owners can quickly reliable babysitters Finding.
- We help babysitters grow their freelance business through visibility and marketing.
- We treat everyone with respect and intervene in case of inappropriate behavior.
- In disputes, we guide both parties to a solution and actively think along with them.
- All services booked and paid for through the platform are covered by the Petbnb insurance.
The role of babysitters
- Communicate respectfully and respond to messages within 24 hours.
- Fill out your profile honestly and completely: experience, house rules, available services.
- Offer a safe, clean and quiet environment; act proactively when health problems arise.
- Respect the privacy and property of owners.

- Be transparent about details (e.g., own animals, help from another sitter, wash/trim sessions) prior to booking.
The role of bosses
- Communicate respectfully and respond in a timely manner - even when waiving a booking.

Safety & insurance
Do you book and pay through Petbnb? Then you are protected by the Petbnb insurance. This gives peace of mind in medical emergencies and liability situations. Appointments booked or paid outside the platform are not covered by this.
Communications & payments

Unauthorized behavior
- Discrimination, harassment or aggression.
- Force payments or communication outside of Petbnb.
