The role of Petbnb

  • To provide a platform where pet owners can easily and quickly find reliable sitters who can provide the best possible care for their four-legged friend.
  • Provide a freelance platform for babysitters to get new clients and encourage this through marketing initiatives.
  • Treat everyone in the Petbnb with respect and take appropriate action in case of inappropriate behavior.
  • In the event of a dispute, assist and monitor both the pet owner and sitter so that both parties can come to an agreement. Should the latter not happen, we will help find an appropriate solution to the problem.
  • The Petbnb warranty offer for any service booked and paid for through Petbnb. The insurance reimburses veterinary expenses incurred while babysitting.

The role of babysitters

  • Communicate respectfully and respond to messages within 24 hours.
  • Fill out your ad truthfully and honestly represent your pet care skills and experiences.
  • Provide a safe environment for pets and take proactive measures in case of health problems or other conditions.
  • Respect the privacy and belongings of pet owners.
  • Have all communications and matters related to Petbnb bookings conducted exclusively through the Petbnb website or app. This measure helps fraud prevent and enables our customer service team to assist if needed.
  • Clearly indicate to pet owners in advance if there are any special circumstances, such as: other animals that will be staying with you at the time of booking; there is another sitter helping you (who is not indicated in your profile); you want to give the pet a wash/cut; etc.

The role of bosses

  • Communicate respectfully and respond to messages in a timely manner - even if you do cancel a booking.
  • Complete a complete and detailed pet profile, including care instructions and emergency contacts.
  • Organize an introductory meeting prior to booking to ensure that the sitter matches your pet's needs. Discuss any specifics of your pet, as well as feeding schedules, walking schedules, medications and allergies and any behavioral issues.
  • Have all communications and matters related to Petbnb bookings conducted exclusively through the Petbnb website or app. This measure helps fraud prevent and enables our customer service team to assist if needed.
  • Respect the sitter's schedule and communicate in a timely manner if anything changes in the delivery or pick-up time.
  • Rate sitters fairly and accurately. This helps them in improving their services and it helps future owners find a suitable match on our platform.
