Petbnb is putting its most engaged and well-reviewed babysitters in the spotlight! From now on, we will distinguish between four different levels: bronze, silver, gold and platinum. This new structure values the quality and experience of our sitters and makes it clear to owners at a glance who has extra experience.
Four levels for babysitting
A sitter's level of experience is now visible on their advertising profile. This way, reliable and experienced sitters get the recognition they deserve, and owners know their pets are in good hands.
🥉 Brons
A bronze babysitter has 5 or more reviews with an average score of 4.8 or higher. A great milestone for those who have been active on Petbnb just a bit longer.
🥈 Zilver
A silver babysitter has already 10 or more reviews with an average score of at least 4,8. These babysitters have proven themselves to be reliable and well-liked within the community.
🥇 Goud
The gold level is assigned to babysitting with 25 or more reviews and an average score of 4.8 or higher. These sitters have made many dogs or cats happy and invariably receive rave reviews from owners.
💎 Platinum
The highest level within Petbnb is platinum. These babysitters have 50 or more reviews and an average score of 4.8 or higher. They are the figurehead of reliability, caring and experience.
What do the levels mean?
Currently, it is mainly the reviews the level of a babysitter. In the future, other factors will also weigh in, such as communication, availability and repeat bookings. Petbnb plans to expand the reward for quality step by step.
In addition, we are exploring ways to surprise higher-level babysitters with discounts or small gifts. The levels have no impact on the visibility of an ad - which is determined by several factors, including activity and ratings.
