\nThe Goldendoodle - a cross between the Golden Retriever and the Poodle - combines the best of both worlds: intelligence, gentleness and a happy disposition. No wonder this breed is so beloved by families!\n<\/p>\n

\nWhat is a Goldendoodle?
\n<\/h2>\n

The first Goldendoodles were bred in the 1990s, with the goal of creating a social, hypoallergenic family dog. Their appearance ranges from wavy to curly, in colors such as cream, red or gold. The personality is almost always gentle and social.<\/p>\n

\nGoldendoodle vs. Labradoodle
\n<\/h2>\n

Both breeds have a Poodle as their parent, but where the Labradoodle crosses with a Labrador, the Goldendoodle has the Golden Retriever as its base. Because of this, he tends to be a little softer in nature and more patient with children.<\/p>\n

\nCharacter and upbringing
\n<\/h2>\n

Goldendoodles are energetic, smart and sensitive. They learn quickly and love games or dog sports. Because of their social nature, they do well with children and other animals. Early training and adequate attention help prevent separation anxiety.<\/p>\n

\nGrooming and coat care
\n<\/h2>\n

Their soft, often curly coat requires regular brushing (at least 1-2 times a week) to prevent tangles. Have the coat trimmed every few months by an experienced groomer. Keeping ears and eyes clean is important to prevent inflammation.<\/p>\n
