These guidelines tell you what you can expect from us, what we expect from each other, and how we work together to provide the best stay for every pet.\n<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:24px; line-height:1.6; font-weight:600; color:#519b7a; margin-top:32px;\">\nThe role of Petbnb<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We provide a user-friendly platform where owners can quickly <em>reliable babysitters<\/em> Finding.<\/li>\n<li>We help babysitters grow their freelance business through visibility and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>We treat everyone with respect and intervene in case of inappropriate behavior.<\/li>\n<li>In disputes, we guide both parties to a solution and actively think along with them.<\/li>\n<li>All services booked and paid for through the platform are covered by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.petbnb.nl\/verzekering\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Petbnb insurance<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:24px; line-height:1.6; font-weight:600; color:#519b7a; margin-top:32px;\">\nThe role of babysitters<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate respectfully and respond to messages within 24 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Fill out your profile honestly and completely: experience, house rules, available services.<\/li>\n<li>Offer a <strong>safe, clean and quiet<\/strong> environment; act proactively when health problems arise.<\/li>\n<li>Respect the privacy and property of owners.<\/li>\n<li>Keep <strong>all communications and payments<\/strong> about Petbnb bookings through the website or app. This prevents fraud and enables support. See also: [link to article on topic].<\/li>\n<li>Be transparent about details (e.g., own animals, help from another sitter, wash\/trim sessions) prior to booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:24px; line-height:1.6; font-weight:600; color:#519b7a; margin-top:32px;\">\nThe role of bosses<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate respectfully and respond in a timely manner - even when waiving a booking.<\/li>\n<li>Fill out a complete pet profile (routine, medications, allergies, emergency contact).<\/li>\n<li>Schedule an introduction and discuss expectations: eating schedule, walking out, behavioral signs.<\/li>\n<li>Only use the Petbnb website or app for communication and payments. This protects your reservation and data.<\/li>\n<li>Respect the sitter's schedule and communicate changes in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Leave an honest and helpful review; that's how we help each other get the best match.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:24px; line-height:1.6; font-weight:600; color:#519b7a; margin-top:32px;\">\nSafety &amp; insurance<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<p>Do you book and pay through Petbnb? Then you are protected by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.petbnb.nl\/verzekering\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Petbnb insurance<\/a>. This gives peace of mind in medical emergencies and liability situations.
