Can anyone become a babysitter?
Yes, anyone can become a sitter on Petbnb, with the exception of companies. So you can only sign up as an individual. The most important thing is that you have a passion for animals and are willing to provide the best care for others' pets. We check all profiles before sitters go "live" on our platform.
Do I have to be available year-round?
No, you manage your own calendar, allowing you to schedule your time and block days when you are unavailable. In addition, you can put your ad in vacation mode when you're away for an extended period of time, so you won't receive bookings during extended absences.
Can I meet the pets before booking?
Yes! We highly recommend this, to guarantee that it is a match between you, the quadruped, the owner - and possibly your own quadruped.
What are Petbnb's service fees?
The amount of the fee depends on your babysitting level. The more you earn, the lower the commission. If you rarely babysit a dog then the fee is 18%, but if you babysit very often then the commission goes down to only 8%. To qualify for a lower rate your average rating must be at least 4 paws.
