What happens if I do book outside the platform?

In this case, you are not protected by our insurance nor can we help you in case of an emergency. Petbnb charges a service fee to maintain the platform, organize marketing initiatives, and pay for customer service. The moment our system detects that you want to pay outside the platform, your account will be blocked. We would be very sorry if you leave our Petbnb community!
